Sent in a brand new iphone, quoted £330.
They then said as the packaging had a slight nick on one of the corners and handset was locked to the 3 network, the revised valuation was £243!, a used iphone was worth £300 with EE Recycle.
I paid £10 to get the handset returned, a week later they had not returned it.
Customer Services referred it to a manager and said they had been a mistake and I should have been offered £300. I declined, a day later they offered £310 I declined and requested they return my handset I paid a week ago to be returned.
Some 4 further days later the handset was returned and I sold on ebay for £420.
Would never use again, tried to hold my phone to ransom and offer pathetic amounts and not as quoted, do not use.
