Now we’ve grabbed your attention, let’s take a look at some of the innovative travel solutions available in Craghoppers’ SS20 collection.

Lightweight luggage

Craghoppers Plane

Featuring seven new styles, Craghoppers’ lightweight luggage range is set to take the fear of theft out of travel.

In addition, this sleek new range offers exceptional durability and functionality, while sustainability is also to the fore.

One of the stars of the show is the 40L hybrid holdall — a versatile solution for the modern adventure traveller which can comfortably hold enough kit for a weekend of exploring or a city break.

The internal organisation is perfect for e-tech, clothing and travel essentials, while numerous security features have been added to the zips and fabric to prevent tampering and give you peace of mind when travelling.

These include cut-resistant fabric on the front pocket, plus puncture-resistant and lockable zips.

Durability is built in throughout, especially in high-stress areas, while the holdall is incredibly versatile as it can be carried as either a rucksack or a shoulder bag.

The outer and linings are made from recycled materials — in line with their Mindfully Made philosophy.

Also in the range are 20L and 30L smart pack rucksacks, a 40L duffle, a cross body bag perfect for all your travel documents, plus 22” (40L) and 28” (70L) wheelie bags.

You’ll also find an e-tech case, an iPad case, three travel wallets, a roll-up washbag and three odour control storage cubes.

Travel footwear

Craghoppers Footwear

With six new styles for men and four for women, Craghoppers have launched their most comprehensive and technical range of travel footwear to date.

With styles perfect for expeditions, deserts, adventure and after adventure, they have achieved firsts with their clever use of technology.

Notably, they will be the first to use NosiLife technology throughout their footwear.

Built in to the polyester mesh uppers, NosiLife offers an extra layer of defence against biting insects.

At the top of the range are the Salado Hi and Salado Mid boots, which are suitable for rugged travel and expeditions.

They are made from a suede/mesh outer constructed using flame lamination, which is more environmentally friendly than traditional methods.

The Vibram outsole in both offers unrivalled traction, stability, braking and self-cleaning to enable you to travel in safety and comfort — whatever the terrain.

An ingenious addition to the designs is the Crawlerguard insect cover, which is neatly hidden away in the front of the tongue.

It pulls out to stretch over the top of the boot opening to stop insects crawling in. It will reduce the risk of bites and the possibility of something crawling into the boot if left outside.

The Mono (men’s) and Mesa (women’s) Hi and Mid are ideal boots for desert trips or if you need a lightweight boot, while the Onega (men’s) and Jacara (women’s) are perfect for exploring all day on city breaks or weekend hikes.

For casual, after adventure wear, the Parana (men’s) and Lena (women’s) espadrilles, which feature NosiLife anti-insect technology, are perfect.

You’ll find the Jacara shoe and Salado Mid boot online now, while all other footwear options will be available to purchase by the end of February.

Anti-insect swimwear

Craghoppers Group

Craghoppers’ new range of swimwear will help keep you safe from biting bugs as it has NosiLife anti-insect technology built in to the wicking fabric, along with SolarShield UPF sun defence.

As well as offering a swimsuit and bikini for women, plus swim shorts for men, the range also includes rash vests, a kaftan and a sarong.

You can find the women’s sarong on the website now. However, swimwear will only be available online in May, so stay tuned.

You’ll also find safeguarding items for kids, including a rash vest, shorts and a sun hat.
