So how does it work?

Here's how you and a friend can earn your bonus in just 3 easy steps:

1. Message your friend about TopCashback and how much money we could help them save. Make sure you use your unique referral link from the Tell-a-Friend page in your message too - if they don’t use it we won’t know you referred them!

2. Your friend then needs to sign-up with your unique referral link.

3. Once your friend has started saving, earned £10 eligible cashback and the cashback reaches payable status, you’ll both receive your Tell-a-Friend Bonus.

The increased bonus ends 8th August 2022 – at 10am so, make sure you spread the word soon!

What is my Tell-a-Friend Bonus?

Both you and your friends’ bonus will get added to your TopCashback accounts to redeem once they become payable. Here’s what you’ll earn:

Plus Members – Get a £30 cashback bonus for each referral earning £10 payable cashback.
Classic Members – Get a £25 cashback bonus for each referral earning £10 payable cashback.

If got nearly £100 back in about a year and I don’T shop online often. I used it to book my car incurrence and a holiday and also a few eBay purchases and justEat. I forgot about it sometimes which is a shame but £100 free cash really ain’T it. It’S what you would have spent anyways ☺️

I have received £20 not £25 as advertised?

There may be differences depending on which membership you have, and when the sign up occured. If you believe you should have received £25, please can you lodge a support ticket through the customer service tab on your account and the team will look into this for you.

My friend used my code given for sign up and already made a payment over £10, but there’S no anything referral bonus shown on pending in my account.

The friend will need to earn £10 rather than spend £10. Your bonus should progress once they have reached this threshold. If you do not see the bonus after this, please lodge a support ticket through the customer service tab on your account and the team will help.

This bonus should progress once your friend starts earning cashback through us. If you do not see this once they have earned the £10 threshold, please lodge a support ticket through the customer service tab and they will help.

There is no fee to join TopCashback. Plus members have a £5 annual deduction that comes out of earned cashback when they make a withdrawal through us. Classic members have no deductoin.

There is no limit to when they have to earn the £10. The bonus will progress once they have this payable :)

Cecilia27 July 2022, 12:52 Hi, I referred a friend who signed up but I got no confirmation this happened at all and the £10 showed up in their account initially but then defaulted to zero.
How do we keep track of the fact that this happened during this offer then, please?
