I made a purchase on Mattress Online on TCB (04/11/22), there is now a higher cashback value at 8% Currently, would you be able to match this so I get the 8% Value.

We would advise that once a purchase has been made we would not be able to change the rate for it as we would only be eligible for the rate of cashback for the date of purchase

JustineBarthet21 December 2019, 10:54 Great Cashback on smaller amount but when you have larger purchases they never come through and then when you put through a missing cashback they say there is no proof blabla blabla.

I use other sites for larger cashback amounts now

We do have transactions track that are all kinds of amounts and can assure you that the amount of cashback or purchase amount is not taken into account when tracking takes place.

If you are having issues please make sure all browser data is cleared before purchase as this can help tracking.

However when it doesn't - then you have no chance of getting your cashback, for example every 'missing cashback' ive submitted have been unsuccessful. Even though I have order confirmations and you have tracked me on their sites.

Personally I reckon about 2 in 10 purchases never pay

Our team are successful through the claims process but we would ultimatley need to be deemed as eligible for cashback. If we do receive a decline we will pass on the reason for this.

You are advertising well rate Amazon cash back offers but just few of them maybe get back! %99 of orders get lost, we have to open an case and just wait too long about it, and then in the end of the story case get unsuccessful for get cash back from Amazon.

Helen_Ireland27 November 2019, 01:42 There’S no catch , always remember to clear cookies before you click a link to a shop or website and purchase, you also have three months if you’Re credit hasn’T been awarded to your account, to have it investigated, it’S easy money and free money ,especially on insurances for car, home etc ,utilities and any purchases , i’Ve made over 2 thousand pounds free for me now in just over 4 years and on things I would buy anyway. It’S definitely not a scam ,

Member34400206682420 November 2019, 18:04 For some reason when I first looked into site a couple of years ago and signed up, I was signed up to the annual subscription without even realising it. I haven't used site at all during this period but recently decided to have a go but find that there are 2 payments outstanding on site already which will wipe out anything I start 2 earn.
