Your cashback should appear in your Earnings page within seven days of your purchase, but it usually isn’t ready to withdraw straight away. We’ll need to wait until the retailer has confirmed your cashback, which is usually once their returns window has closed. Once the retailer pays us, we’ll add your cashback to your account. You’ll be able to withdraw it once we’ve marked it as ‘available’.
