Use Customer Service to claim after first Direct Debit.
The purchase tracked but was declined. After my first Direcr Debit(as per conditions) I used Topcashback customer service to make a claim and got my £51 payment after about 12 weeks. The BeFibre speed has been faster than I pay for and has never lost connection.

Postcode checker doesn't work.
Their postcode checker to see if it's available is useless, you have to contact them manually. So even if it available at your address, you can't sign up online, meaning no cashback for you.
