Ordered two storage ottoman beds and a King floor standing headboard from this company. They delivered the bed but were in such a rush to leave forgot the headboard and am now waiting to hear when they will now b3 delivering my headboard leaving me with stuff all over the bedroom as can't fill base until headboard has been fitted as it will betoo heavy. Cashback hasn't tracked yet so not impressed with service though the beds seem good quality

Further to my comment in May about the company itself, which was fantastic about arranging delivery and on cost, the cashback has still not even been acknowledged and sin't tracking 5 months later. I have sent a couple of nudges, but the site states it's still waiting for the merchant, who obviously aren't responding. A shame as it was a fantastic purchase otherwise, but disappointed that the cashback has not processed. Definitely don't assume cashback will track through this company and only buy if it's still cheapest regardless.

Received no cashback from this merchant, submitted claim to topcashback who have submitted request to the retailer but advised this may take several months to receive a decision (not holding my breath)! had several problems ordering on this site due to their payment system, was very careful though to complete online to make me eligible for cashback. Item was ok, delivery wasn't great had trouble communicating with drivers as they didn't speak much english.

Excellent retailer. Instant email confirmation, phoned to arrange delivery within 10 days, chaps even brought it up to 2nd floor in flats. Price of item was cheapest I could find it. Cashback didn't automatically track, have submitted request, but would highly recommend Bedworld to anyone looking for a good price bed with good service.

Have had a very poor customer experience! Ordered bunk beds in early April on the basis that the item appeared to be in stock with delivery within 1-2 weeks. Chased the retailer by email in early May and told item not available but they would be in contact shortly to arrange delivery. Another couple of weeks later; chased them again told bed would be available late May. Again, heard nothing. Chased them again last week on the phone and told actually bed now not due in until 12 June so delivery would be in July sometime. When asking if there were any guarantees this would happen I was told no guarantees! Appalling service; no apology for the delay; I've done all the chasing with no proactive updates from them. Made a decision to cancel the order rather than keep hanging around. I had to put refund request in writing (which I did with feedback on what had happened) and it's taken a week for them to process the refund and I've received no acknowledgement with regards to my feedback. Interestingly enough have now bought the same bed through a different retailer to be delivered in 2 days time!!!

REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE MATTRESS AND A GOOD PRICE CASHBACK TRACKED REALLY QUICKLY AND PAYABLE IN GOOD TIME. THEY HAD A PROBLEM PROCESSING MY CARD BECAUSE I MISSED SOME INFO BUT THE LADY THAT CALLED WAS REALLY NICE AND IT WENT THROUGH FINE. WOULD DEFFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

Cashback didn't track. Bed world stated next day delivery but failed to deliver because it was out of stock. Asked for refund but still waiting. Cannot reach a human being when calling them because you just get put through to voicemail. They only call when THEY are free which isn't really a business. Absolute rubbish customer service. Just google this company and you will see lots of rubbish reviews, all of which are probably true!

I have bought the two mattresses for absolute ages but the cash back is still on pending. I feel so led down as a whole as well as top cash back site. I don't think I will buy anything on the site again.

Have had a few items from bed world a super king bed base a double bed base and two mattresses and have to say they have been very good, I could not fault the customer service, when we had a damaged item they did replace the side panel of the bed with no problems and since then have ordered other items through the cash back site and all arrived with no problems even though one item was delivered to another address we requested they did phone us just to make sure all was okay. Super service
