Really fast tracking and cashback. Excellent customer service when order only part arrived - they called to let me know they would have no news from the stockists until the next day and I hadn't been forgotten - very caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

If your delivery address is different to your credit card billing address they require proof of ID. Not made clear on their website. This delayed the delivery by some 3 weeks. However now received and very happy with headboard. Seems to be tracked, will await cashback

FIRST TIME I HAVE USED THIS SITE WAS UNSURE IF I REALLY WOULD GET MONEY BACK - BUT I HAVE JUST BEEN PAID OUT GREAT - BEDWORLD DELIVERED WHEN THEY SAID BEDS GREAT.

I finally manage to get the beds after more than 3 months when they show that they have got beds in stock when ordering. Very poor customer service were we the customer have to chase them and even for delivery had to wait whole days and the bed did not turn up. This happened 3 times so lost 3 working days and when I asked for compensation, I was told that they do not compensate. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WHEN THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES WHO CAN KEEP THEIR PROMISE AND COMPENSATE WHERE THERE IS DUE.

Delivery was supposed to be within two weeks, it took ten weeks!!! I had to chase the company constantly for updates, they were not forthcoming.Don't be misled by their promised delivery date, that is just an anticipated delivery date TO THEM not to you.I would never ever ever use them again.Product by the way is great, but I could have got it from somewhere else probably without the same problems and broken promises.

Dreadful customer service, don't rely on next day delivery because they most probably won't have the item in stock. When I ordered the beds online it showed that the beds are in stock but we did not receive the beds. When I rang them they said the bed are out of stock and they expect some more in two weeks time. So I patiently waited for two weeks and rang again as I had not received any notification for delivery. I was told that they did receive the beds but there were other orders before mine who were waiting for the beds and therefore they had to deliver them first but I was promised that I should be in their next lot when they receive more stock. I did tell them that when I ordered online it stated that the beds were in stock. They just said that, that must be a mistake. I had to wait for further 2 weeks before they would receive more stock. Since than I have wasted lots of my time where I have been given all sorts of excuses and I am still waiting for the beds. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEDWORLD.

Great prices, delivery was when they said it would be and great product. Only quibble is that there is no order confirmation from the company themselves, only a payment confirmation from the online payment service. I emailed them to check on lead times and their response was prompt and accurate though. For the amount of saving I made on the bed, it was definitely worth shopping with them - would go back again.

Dreadful company, took my money, then wanted to deliver bed at 5 in the morning. I refused, they then delayed delivery by a further MONTH. Cashback eventually got paid, though, on the plus side.
