This is a retailer you need to perserve with - tracks right away but have waited over 4 months to actually get cashback paid.

Hello, cashback tracked/confirmed quickly, however, cashback should be paid by end of Nov 2011 and sadly, still waiting ( 13 Jan 2012) Beauty expert and topcashback are usually very good. What is going on?? ;-o

So slow its been two months and still has not been confirmed this is the 2nd time I used them and I should have learned from my mistake the first time they didnt pay me anything after I spend a lot with them. They are useless.

Very disappointed with the customer service from this merchant, I won't be using beautyexpert again. Not yet sure whether or not I will receive the cashback but the service from the online shop has been very poor and unhelpful.

Used to be very good, but they seem to have added a larger number of conditions to any transactions, so purchases are now tracking but then becoming O when payable. Not sure if that is based on some additional conditions being added, or just they no longer pay out, but it doesn't inspire me to buy from this retailer unless their prices are cheaper than any others on the internet (they appear to be the same as other retailers for the products I buy).

After two months still waiting for my parcel. I was told by tracking that my parcel was delivered - however I never received it. I needed to sign papers to proceed an investigation - but two month no results. I paid almost 64 euro and thats a big money for me. I asked for a refund a month later - Beautyexperts telling me they are still waiting for a response from their delivery company. I really don't recommend buying anything from this shop. They are not gonna do anything to help you, customer service is not doing their job well. They care about their money because they sent this parcel, but they don't care I didn't get it. Don't take a risk with them

terrible. I placed an order, decided to cancel it within half hour. I tried to cancel online, but it didn't work. So I sent an enquiry. And the customer service refused to cancel it even if the status of order is pending. They told me to return it on my cost for a refund for an order not dispatched at all. The most sad thing is that I'm in Aussie. And it will cost me a lot of time and money for a refund. Definitely won't buy on this website. Never.

I bought a Braun all in one shaver, however there was an item missing in the box.... I emailed and called them up several times. At all times they stated they will get back to me and or they will resend the item asap.... Guess what after several months nothing still!! No call and no missing item!! Their call centre and web mail centre staff are incompetent and do not listen/read what your query is!!!!

I did not receive my order which I submitted long before Christmas 2011.(This was meant to be a Christmas gift for a disabled friend). I have made several requests for a refund but these have been ignored. Emails sent to me did not contain attachments for me to open so that I can complete a form supposedly required for queries.Self-declaration form has not been sent to me by post despite my request. Customers please beware.

This used to be a good company but they sent me out of date skincare by almost 2 years and it took forever to het a refund I had to claim via paypal and ring there customer service numerous times as they ignored emails. Awful company.

I purchased a set of GHD straighteners from this company using a £15 discount code found on topcashback. This together with the cashback amounted to a significant discount off the £93.50 selling price. The transaction went through okay. Three days later I received an email from them saying that they had cancelled the transaction because it did not meet the promotion criteria. After looking on their website I discovered that they had increased the price of the straighteners to £106, so it's not as if they didn't have any stock. I emailed them to complain and I am still waiting on a response nearly three weeks later. I will not be using this company ever again and I would urge everyone else to avoid them if this is the way they treat their customers.

Placed two orders with this company cashback was showwing in my account as earned but then it changed to Zero. Claim submitted but judging from past claims it will not be honered.
