Declined Cashback after waiting 8 months
Purchased a new bed in Feb 2024 from them. Cashback was tracked but never changed to payable after months of back and forth when I lodged a claim including order numbers and everything that I had to prove my order, the cashback was declined (£63). Terrible customer service. It’s a shame as their furniture is beautiful and I’ve had all of my bedroom furniture through them (drawers and side drawers bought previously with no issues with cashback) but I’ll now think twice about ordering again.

Bought 30th June (£1700 ish sofa) updated on 20th November as retailer declined and didn't use any discount elsewhere.. Terrible
