Appalling cashback record - despite the purchase of my home insurance being tracked perfectly AXA rejected it within 60 days and I have been trying to get my £40 ever since July 2012. Even contacted AXA direct and they deny even offering cashback and told me I had bought through another website - hope they're aren't like this when you have to claim on your insurance! Won't be buying from them again.

After a year cash back never paid and axa claimed another affiliate took credit. I used no other searches. Feel ripped off. Won't use axa again.

Very disappointed with the outcome of this. I applied for my home insurance back in March and have constantly been chasing since. Finally I received a message stating that the merchant has decided to dig their heels in and refuse to pay! I never used any other site to do this although they claim I have and basically saying that I am lying! I will not be purchasing my home insurance from them in the future and am upset that I received little support from TCB.

I took out the insurance in June 2010 and should have received £33.00 cashback. I submitted a claim through TopCashBack a could weeks later, but to date (mid October) no response. The premium came out of my account, but when I checked, there were not documents in their "online" policy area, which worried me. When I eventually got through to customer services, they confirmed the insurance was valid and couldn't explain why the documents weren't available online. Although I haven't had to make a claim, their slap dash approach so far hasn't given me much confidence. I won't be insuring with them again.

Seems like a good product and cashbach tracked quickly. However cashback claim has now been removed by Axa in spite of fact my premium was paid in full and they were offering £32.00 at the time. Topcashback are chasing missing claim on my behalf, but so far (2 months later) nothing received. Unless this is rectified soon, I will certainly switch away from Axa next year, as if they are the type of company who weasle out of paying cashback, I fear that they might also be the type of company who will try and weasle out of any future insurance claim I may have.

I took out an AXA home policy in April 2010. Like wallacemum, it was tracked then disappeared. Put in claim to Top Cash Back but no response. Could not find my policy on the "AXA My Policy Space" on their website but when I phoned, they insisted wasn't cancelled. Not happy with customer services nor with lack of cashback. Will NOT use again.

This tracked then was withdrawn and now has disappeared altogether. Axa cancelled the policy by mistake and I've chased the cash back with TCB numerous times and still haven't got anywhere. Policy taken out in March and no cash back to be seen! Going to cancel policy if nothing soon.
