I took out the insurance in June 2010 and should have received £33.00 cashback. I submitted a claim through TopCashBack a could weeks later, but to date (mid October) no response. The premium came out of my account, but when I checked, there were not documents in their "online" policy area, which worried me. When I eventually got through to customer services, they confirmed the insurance was valid and couldn't explain why the documents weren't available online. Although I haven't had to make a claim, their slap dash approach so far hasn't given me much confidence. I won't be insuring with them again.

I took out an AXA home policy in April 2010. Like wallacemum, it was tracked then disappeared. Put in claim to Top Cash Back but no response. Could not find my policy on the "AXA My Policy Space" on their website but when I phoned, they insisted wasn't cancelled. Not happy with customer services nor with lack of cashback. Will NOT use again.

As with many of the previous reviews, 3 months after purchasing home insurance, Topcashback has advised "I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction".
I am certain it was and just appears to be another get-out of not paying by AXA.

Update. I bought the insurance in June, did not track, lodge claim, sent 2 subsequent nudges. Topcashback still haven't even replied. Not impressed with AXA or Topcashback.

Bought the home insurance - has not tracked - lodged claim with TCB. Looks like I'm going to join the long list of no payouts. TCB should ditch continual non-payers. They're getting the business and not keeping their promises.

Only get you insurance if they are the cheapest as you will NOT get any cash back from AXA, you will get no help from top cashback either

I purchased my Home insurance in Nov 12 and nothing tracked but as insurances usually have a period before payment I did not worry to much. I did as a matter of course take a snapshot of my internet history to show my tracking for the purchase via TCB.Heard nothing so went trough TCB customer care to chase up.AXA finally replied saying I had gone through another merchant?? They cannot tell TCB who due to confidentiality.(That's very convenient, maybe they could tell their customer's).Anyway then decided to see others experiences with AXA on here and it seems quite a lot of customers somehow do this!!!!! I just hope other companies do not start using this method and spoil a great service. Just have to hope my house doesn't flood or burn down before the policy expires, I don't have much confidence in AXA keeping to their side of the agreement. Shame.

This tracked then was withdrawn and now has disappeared altogether. Axa cancelled the policy by mistake and I've chased the cash back with TCB numerous times and still haven't got anywhere. Policy taken out in March and no cash back to be seen! Going to cancel policy if nothing soon.
