  • What to do when

Boiler replacement promise– if we can’t repair your gas boiler we’ll replace it. Parts, installation and labour covered (other than £50 excess, if chosen). For boilers over 7 years old, you also pay the first £500.

Annual gas boiler service and carbon monoxide detector check – when we carry out your annual boiler service, if your battery operated carbon monoxide detector by your boiler is broken or you don’t have one, we’ll give you a new one to help you keep safe.

Approved expert – parts provided by approved engineers are guaranteed for 12 months

*The price you pay depends on the cover chosen and includes a £50 excess per claim
