Terrible. Took months and despite calling up aviva directly to get a policy number my cashback was refused due to 'incorrect policy number'. Just an excuse not to pay cashback and was the only reason I bought this particular insurance. Will avoid this company in future.

Well this is going to ruin Aviva's 100% rating! Bought pet insurance on 28 December 2012, didnt track, and have lodged a missing cashback claim, will wait and see.........

Bought two cat policies & both tracked very quickly. Bought a car policy back in December & that also tracked instantly & paid up on time. Would definitely use Aviva again if their pricing continues to be competitive

Had no problems with aviva as of yet. Paid on time for both times I have used them. Just done pet insurance with them.

I found this retailer very helpful, answered my questions quite straightforwardly. I was comparing my current Pet insurance providor's premiums and benefits, and the operator was able to point out any lack of/ added cover with their product. Decided to go with this providor because premium was more than £8.00 per month cheaper. The cover was only £500 less per year and the up-front contribution required for various claims was less than my old insurer!
