Avoid - They Take Months to Progress Your Claim
On 20 June 2025, I made a claim for my dog, who had undergone Elbow Dysplasia surgery. He has not had elbow issues previously, so one would assume this would be an easy claim to process.
I now sit here on 12 November 2025 and apparently, I just have to sit and wait. I contacted them in August (after hearing nothing) and was told they actually needed more info from the vet to progress the claim - not that they had asked the vet - it was like I reminded them they were meant to be doing something. Eventually they said (in writing) they now had all the information they needed to process the claim (over £3k) and it would be sitting with an Assessor. When I chased again in September (because there are no progress updates), I was told again they needed more info. Again the vets gave them the info they needed and when I chased again in October, I was more or less told that there was no point chasing again and they would get to it when they got to it.
Currently nearly at 6-months of waiting, which is utterly ridiculous. I’m guessing, just from the way they conduct their business, they will not pay the claim.
Do NOT use this company. If there was a way to leave “0” stars, I would.

Still waiting for cashback
Waited over the 90days logged a ticket to say they have no power over how long it will take and the 90 days was for Asda then could take an additional 12 weeks after that. Should have gone to a different insurance company

Raised it with the Customer Service team to be told they can't guarantee cashback.

They discriminate against breeds
They won't offer policies for staffies or staffies mix - breed discrimination. Don't recommend.
