Very pleased with the number and price of quotes and service. However, a few problems: Couldn't see where I could use the discount code so not used. Cashback not yet logged. 70p supplement to pay unless you use google wallet. Used google wallet and payment failed first time. Worked later in day.

This company is the embodiment of modern slavery! THEY PAY BELOW MINIMUM WAGE HIS "SELF EMPLOYED DRIVERS" AND ALSO EMPLOYS ADMIN STAFF IN SOUTH AFRICA WHERE THEY PAY THEM £1/HR. They make admins and drivers fight eachotehr under the perception that drivers are pay way more than them while ignoring the livings costs of the two different countries!!! AVOID!!!

I would have given zero if I could and I am afraid that I was a victim, like many others. I am deeply traumatised by the whole experience of using them. When I initially made a booking, I made clear that I was moving my flat and I wasn't sure how many but I mentioned around 40 boxes. I thought that like many other removal companies, it was just a rough estimate and nothing more. The website is rather confusing so I talked with online agent for my booking. At no point, they warned me that if you didn't have a correct estimate, there would be a big issue. If only the agent highlighted this, I would have said that I wasn't comfortable and either increase vastly the number of boxes or just not go ahead with the booking. I have to say that I used 40 boxes when I book for removal service so it used to work fine. So in no ways, I was trying to reduce my boxes etc. just that I am not good with space. So, on my moving day, 20th June, two guys came in to help move my stuff. As soon as they came into my room, they realised that it wasn't 40 boxes or so. At no point they mentioned that they couldn't move all my stuff until the last minute. they said that they couldn't move all my boxes. I was in a panic, in the middle of trying to pack up everything etc. Only after an hour later, they told me that they won't be able to upload everything - I was in such a shock! Why didn't they say it upfront and sort out the issue first rather than making me stuck and giving me no choice? As I had to figure out the way to move the rest of the stuff, I couldn't go to the new flat and open up the door for them. I requested them to be at the new flat at 11am - in any case, my delivery time was 8-11am. However, they refused it and asked me to pay for £100 to deliver later on. They deliberately didn't confirm any time and when I pushed for it, I was told around 5:30pm. However, they came far late evening around 8:30pm, causing issue for my neighbour.

Awful service! When things go wrong you are not liable for anything as you are only an intermediary between the trader and the customer. Companies like this should be illegal in UK.
