As you can see from other comments, the cashback takes ages to become payable. Other than that, it's a good deal on the (otherwise 95 quid) Gold card. Use it to you get 20,000 amex points that you can exchange for miles at the major airlines. I use it for everything and I travel every year.

Did not track straight away, sent claim, seems that once card is issued and activated then tracking is acknowledged. Applied for Gold card with £60 cashback, cost is £95 but with cashback will only cost £35 and once spent £500 will receive 20,000 membership points which can be transferred to several airline frequent flyer programs or for hotel points.
