	Amex refused to pay and closed the claim They just refused to pay the cashback despite I have opened the account through TopCashBack link and done everything correctly. I think they sometimes accept if the amount is like £10 but if the amount is high, you get nothing. I wouldn't bother getting an Amex if there was no cashback because I found no one accepts Amex because of their high commissions. After a while I found myself carrying a second card to make payments. So why should I bother? Wide usage of those types of cards not good for community because shops are raising prices because of their high commissions. I just cancelled my Amex and will never come back again.

	fought to get half of cashback promised I signed up to the American Express gold card which was advertsied as £70 cashback if you met the criteria. I met all criteria but only received £10 cash back. I queried this, and it went back and forth. Yesterday I was offered £35 - half of what was promised. I appreciate I could have continued to query this, and maybe got what was owed, but it had taken 6 months already to get to this point, and frankly U didn't have the energy or time to keep chasing. It's dissapointing becuase the service from American Express has otherwise been good.

	Paid out as expected Didn't track for some reason, but sent a missing transaction claim which got accepted 3 months later. Paid out shortly after.

	Refused to honour my claim After raising a missing cashback claim I was very disappointed to find that American Express refused to honour it even though I had followed all of the rules. The reason they gave was that I had been to their website multiple times, but this was only because pages failed to load correctly multiple times. And I made sure I had gone from Top Cashback each time. Very poor for a company that advertises its customer service.

	Used to be reliable but not any more Looking at the recent reviews there seems to be a pattern here. I also cleared all cookies and followed the procedure. As with the previous reviewer I was declined cashback because another merchant was recorded other than TCB. Not possible!

	Rubbish Declined to pay even though I followed the process. Apparently another merchant was recorded other than TCB which is impossible. I wouldn’t bank on getting paid if you decide to apply for a card and go through TCB

	DOES NOT PAY Take out a card with a huge Annual Fee - £100 cashback - DECLINED - do not expect any Cashback.

	DID NOT TRACK I did 2 different transactions both did not track! also look at the feedback newwest first none track then once you submit a claim they tell everyone you didnt use topcashack first!

	See if anywhere else offers similar benefit Topcashback has been working ok for me generally speaking, so when I had similar cash back on applying for AmEx, I used topcashback. All I can see if that it did not work and I had to chase for feedback, unlike other smooth experiences I’ve had. So I would say for similar benefit, don’t bother doing so via here as it may not work.

	One of the companies that doesn't like paying cashback Opened an account through topcashback, refused cashback a few months later using the usual excuse of "unable to identify that TopCashback were the last referral to this sale". Now I have been on TCB for a long time with over £5655 cashback so far, so I do know if they are just making excuses to not pay up.

	Declined by Amex Very disappointed to see that my cashback was declined by Amex and I can't dispute it. I don't know why the system didn't register the referral from TCB as I followed the link and did everything that is advised to ensure it is tracked. Extremely frustrated as they have decent offers but they're only good if they actually pay them!

	6 months no cashback They may be paying the small amounts, hence the positive comments but if you've got a card with big cashback, you're likely to get nothing.

	No cashback from American Express Time wasting. I followed the link to apply the credit card. Apparently American Express system failed to recognise my application was linked via Topcashback. But how come 'lodge a claim' drop down list shows the American express retailer then?! Same to my partner's AE credit card, same response given by Topcashback/American Express. Got really upset. Will not continue using the card after 1 year.

	Paid out as promised, thank you Nice and easy cashback, just £5 but still welcome, thank you AMEX. They just need to get their customer service sorted out now. Setting up a DD shouldn't be this difficult!

	Unrightfully declined Claimed the last click did not come from TopCashback despite it definitely coming from here. Avoid going through TopCashback.

	Refused after 6 months Process was followed, clicked through and applied, accepted, received card. Cashback did not track, claim raised, eventually refused. 2 stars as I have amassed about £400 cashback from using the actual card applied for at least. Don't count on getting your cashback via TCB.

	Tracked in 6 days and paid out within 3 weeks! Really great, was initially worried when it didnt track same day but within a few days it was there and it was available to pay out within 3 weeks (midway through the following month of the month I used the TCB link to apply).
