Very poor retailer. Have been waiting almost a year with a pending enquiry and still no cash back! Update from TCB is that they are chasing payments for this merchant- suggesting the cash back from American express is not reputable nor reliable.
Don't be enticed by the high rates- you may never actually see the cash!
