rdered this product over xmas so expected delay because of time of year & weather but it arrived in about 2 weeks. Happy with this merchant and would purchase from them again

Cash back was not tracked but was eventually rewarded after lodgings a claim. Cash back was eventually retrieved around 6 weeks after lodging claim.

Ordered 3 items, all arrived quickly but one is not what I ordered! Can't return items to store and have to pay to post back to them - not good!!! Aside from that it's a good rate and tracked quickly but I supposed it'll all get cancelled when I've returned my shopping...

Very poor. Waited over 18 months for them to respond to a claim only to be told they’d closed it as my order had been returned. Only part of the order was returned so in my opinion they should pay out on the part of the order that was kept and paid for. Or they should be clear in their terms.

Have used many times and has always tracked but on last purchase cashback did not track, a claim was logged but All Saints refused to pay the claim. Disappointed in the retailer to say the least!

Personally I would never use this site again as it seems to be more about Data Capture rather than anything productive coming from a purchase. Two months in and I'm still waiting for my cash back from All Saints.

I bought my two items today in the sale - Over an hour ago I received a notice to say that they were already dispatched. I came back on here to see about some other cashback and realised that I had same day tracking from my order placed this morning. Fantastic service. I've never had a problem with All Saints shopping or cashback experience. Well Worth using!!!
