	Questionable Have managed to get cashback with no issue over the last few years, until 2026. Very awkward and making it difficult to get cashback to reflect on the correct amount I purchased. Disappointed.

	Excellent cashback I visited the site through the cashback link, but somehow purchased the product from another tab. I put a claim in and it was honoured by AllClear.

	Don’t waste your time After completing all the questions in order to get a travel insurance quotation. I was then greeted by the offer of five different travel insurance policies. The prices were not competitive and does anyone really have the time to compare which of the 5 policies is the right product for them and that’s without reading the policy documents of the policy you purchase. I appreciate customers have different needs but 5 different levels of cover is excessive and it makes me suspicious of the companies intentions if you need to make a claim.

	Much less cashback than advertised Bought a yearly policy for over £4000 (yes, you read that right). Cashback was supposed to be 25%. £62 cashback tracked and pretty much immediately went payable. Not quite the £1000 cashback I was expecting....

	Cash back Did Not register No Cashback logged, had to raise a claim where TopCashback contacted AllClear, only then was it paid.

	Lied about amount I purchased an annual policy for 651.00 which was supposed to be cash back of 161.00 but it tracked at 15.43. It'll take months now and they will HIGHLY likely not pay anything. Absolute com artists.

	Not receiving 25% for Annual Policy Purchase - claim raised Purchased Annual Policy for £104.47, at 25% cashback - Cashback has only tracaked at £10.44 (10%), thus claim raised with TCB. I trust TCB will uplift the cashback to the correct amount reflecting 25% cashback.

	Good cover, plus quick cashback I took out a single-trip travel policy which had the cover I needed for the conditions I reported, and had no issues with the policy. My cashback was paid out very quickly after the policy was concluded.
