My husband and I used this merchant to purchase my little brothers wedding present. They have not booked their experience yet, but so far we have been impressed with the seller, and the good rate of cash back meant we could afford to stretch to a more expensive option for their gift - good times all round!!

We received voucher as Christmas present just before Covid and expire date was 31.12.20... As soon as all restrictions were lifted we contacted them but they refused to extend our voucher saying "sorry but it is expired". Clever is not it? Rip off. Avoid.

This service is a con. They essentially take your / your friends and families money, and then make it as difficult as possible for you to spend it. 1. They have a voucher code AND an 'activation' code. If you lose the activation code you have to really fight to get one. 2. When you go to look for an experience they are so limit, have so many restrictions, or addtional costs that it's easier just to book an experience directly. 3. Ask for your money back and they'll say 'because you 'activated' it you can no longer get a refund'. Plus, the website is horrendous. Something from the 90's. Please do not buy an experience from this company, it's highly likely you'll lose your money. This sort of thing should be illegal.
