What will stop me getting cashback?
- If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced. e.g. Voucher codes, student discounts, and staff discounts etc.
- If you don't pay your Premium in full - including for any add-ons and fees, you will not receive cashback.
- If you obtain a quote through TopCashback and then purchase through a Price Comparison Website you will not receive cashback.
- If you obtain a quote through TopCashback and then purchase through the Zixty website or app you will not receive cashback.
- If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer cashback rates, you may not receive cashback.
- If you, Zixty, or the insurer, cancel the policy before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account you will not receive cashback.
What else is essential?
- If BACS is not your selected TopCashback payment method, you will not receive cashback.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- This is for new customers only.
- You will only receive the cashback if you make your purchase via the Zixty website - not the Zixty app
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
Good to know
- A short-term (temporary) car or van insurance policy cash-back incentive will be paid out for the duration of a policy lasting from 1 hour to 28 days.
- The validation period for a cashback claim is 30 days. All sales will be approved/disapproved in this timeframe and the cashback should appear in your TopCashback account 30 days thereafter.
- Zixty will only issue cashback for one policy per user per rolling year.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
About your purchase
- Cover is for UK based individuals who hold a full (not provisional) UK DVLA issued driving licence – which has been held for 6+ months (12+ months for van). Policies are for individuals aged 21 to 75. Underwriter terms and exclusions exist.
