Fantastic service. YourRepair sent a great guy who fixed our boiler at a time that suited us due to bing at work in the day. Three parts were replaced including the main motherboard so it would have been very expensive if I didn’t have cover.

Got cashback but shocking service
I received my cashback but wouldn't recommend this company. The soonest they can send somebody out is in 3 days and they will autorenew your policy without telling you and won't turn this off. Avoid!

Automatically renewed my cover after 12 month. Had new boiler fitted with 10 year warranty. Would not let me cancel policy and threatened with debt collectors if not paid!

Cashback paid. But they do not remind you about renewal and then tie you in to 12 more months with 100% cancellation fee. You can't cancel online too which is a big no no when the policy was taken out online. Also they don't service the boiler until the end of the 12 month contract - why? Had to fight to get out of the second year. Never again.

The boiler was not properly repaired in August and because I didn't report it in time they will not honour my claim this is despite the service due in September being overdue. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Last year I logged a call with You Repair. 3 different engineers and 4 weeks later the boiler was finally fixed. Time and multiple fixes caused problems with my tenant. Phoned customer services today about price hike and spoke with a nasty guy. He wasn't willing to listen or try to help me. They are good at taking your money but offer little service in return. I am tied in for another year but was hoping to negotiate so I could continue to pay the same price before the hike but no joy. He also told that if I didn't continue to pay for the next 12 months then they'll send their debt collectors to my door. Nice eh? AVOID this company at all costs.

I am a landlord. I had a good first year under cover with Your Repair, one call out and no issues. However, just into the second year and a boiler failure (combi boiler) leaving the property and the tenants with no heating and hot water. Your Repairs gas engineer visited and after a week of delaying a decision (leaving the tenants with no heating or hot water) YourRepair informed me the boiler was beyond economic repair (on a Friday afternoon!) leaving me and my tenants in the lurch. I contacted another firm who have been out, repaired the boiler and put it under cover, exposing the lie that the boiler was beyond economic repair. Your Repair are very good at taking your money but very poor at providing the cover you have paid for, beware of this company, you take out a policy to give you peace of mind, but Your Repair leave you in the lurch.

Had a terrible experience with this Company, all the claims i tried to make were rejected for the most obscure of reasons, especially the rule around having to claim within 24 hours - sometimes this is difficult if you have tenants as they dont always contact you immediately. Took forever to get the cashback and you are locked into a 12m contract with little chance of being able to make a claim. Go with British Gas or Homeserve but if you are considering YourRepair please read their T&C's very carefully and check the reviews.

firstly...did not receive any cashback and HO MY GOD!! worst experience ever. signed up through top cash back. no info, no confirmation no nothing except money leaving the bank. anyway I cancelled the direct debit, to receive an e-mail 3 months later saying I owed money. set up the direct debit again...4 months later debt collectors contacting me for money from your repair. it goes on and on. please do not use them, look at other reviews of them but not on their own website. feel like I have been con'd big style.
