I wish i could give 0 stars. Avoid like the plague. Awful service, no communication, long call waiting times (35 minutes for someone to even pick the phone up) and random fees followed by a cancellation due to no fault of mine.

Never ever choose this car insurance . because i haven't got V5 over month which wasn't my flaut , this company canceled my policy and charge me a lot for cancelation fee. and only refund half of deposit to me . i got V5 one day after they canceled , i was trying to ask them to restart it , they said no, and try to ask me buy new insurance with them.
