Not very good
I completed the offer as per the terms and conditions. The offer tracked however the bookie found a way to wriggle out of paying up, Surprise. I complained to top cash back who have offered me £10 compensation but not the £40 I was expecting from taking up the offer. Down £10 after losing on the wagering.

Scummy, never pay stay away.
Just like the casino refuse to pay out cashback despite following all instructions. I noticed a common trend with WH, Pink and a lot of these casinos where they advertise high cashback for joining and not once have any paid out despite following full instructions. Then after raising a ticket, decline after several months despite valid transaction ID, Username. If they allowed screenshots as evidence for you claim it would show how much these casino's are lying. Just trying to entice people to join. Maybe one in a few will actually get paid to keep the illiusion up.
