	Disappointed with Cashback and Product Quality at Wayfair I followed all the steps required by the terms and conditions for cashback, but unfortunately, I did not receive any cashback as promised. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Furthermore, the quality of the furniture I purchased from Wayfair is extremely poor, and I find it to be of little value. I regret to say that based on my experience, I will not be making any future purchases from Wayfair.

	3rd time of being declined Three time I've used TCP for Wayfair and for all the occasions, my cashback hasn't tracked and then after months of raising a claim, it's denied as it can't find proof of tracking. I'm always super diligent with following the process properly, so no idea why Wayfair can't track it every time?

	cheap products, lie about cashback Orders few items Total of £1200, all have missing items or damaged. terrible way of giving refund and they blame topcashback for rejecting cashback. Minus five star if it was an option. If you can't afford 3% cash back then don't put it. They approach is like their products, so cheap, Never ever will buy from this website

	Two rejected cashback claims Over £500 in purchases over two orders and both rejected after initially tracking. Seems like they get your money, wait for returns window to close and then reject the claim.

	Not being honest with cashback, buy at own risk My cashback got declined due to "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". Yet the only one I went through was TopCashback. They are unfortunately mis selling and not being honest.

	Warning! They reject valid claims. They rejected my valid claim and also rejected the appeal by saying they paid another marketing channel. I am an experienced user and only clicked through topcashback. What they say is probably a lie they use to avoid a percentage of payouts. I will avoid using them in the future.

	Cashback Declined and Delivery Took Ages Cashback was declined (payable as zero). Missing claim did not reverse that. The order itself took ages to be received. Their customer service were very polite and tried to be helpful but the system failed them and me. I am sorry to say this was one of the worst online purchases that I ever had made.

	Made a purchase through the website and cashback was declined. I waited more than 6 months to find out why and now they are saying that I have used another referral which is lies as I do not use any other websites, they just don't want to pay. Shame as I have bought quite a lot from Wayfair but now will look elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers over a a couple of pounds. Shame on you.
