Cashback exclusions and terms

How does it work?
  • Cashback is available on new Broadband packages; upgrades are not eligible.
Exclusions
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Terms
  • Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
  • Any missing cashback claim must be made with TopCashback directly, not Vodafone Business.
  • A missing cashback claim must be submitted to our claims team within 6 months of the transaction being made.
  • Cashback is available on Pre-Order Broadband packages.
  • Annual Price Increase: during your minimum period, each year, on the 1st April, your monthly plan charge will increase by £3.00. Out of bundle charges: will increase each April by Consumer Price Index rate published in January of that year + 3.9%. For details visit: vodafone.co.uk/price changes.
  • Cashback is only available to new Vodafone customers who do not already have an active Vodafone broadband, mobile, phone or SIM Only service at the time of purchase.
  • Cashback is only payable on the first eligible Vodafone service purchased. Eligibility is assessed at the customer account level, not on each individual product or contract.
  • Existing Vodafone customers, second lines, additional lines, linked services, additional products, upgrades, renewals, account migrations, or any subsequent purchases made under the same Vodafone customer account are not eligible for cashback unless explicitly stated on the offer.
  • If you purchase an eligible Vodafone service (for example, broadband) and later purchase another Vodafone service (such as mobile, phone or SIM Only) under the same customer account, the later purchase will be treated as an additional product and will not qualify for a separate cashback payment.
  • Completing your sale over the telephone (offline) is not eligible for cashback.
  • For contract sales, cashback will only be paid if the customer has retained the service beyond the first 30 days (where applicable) and has paid their first bill.
  • Business purchases are only eligible for cashback via the Vodafone Business page.
  • Use of a promotional or voucher code not published or approved by TopCashback will invalidate cashback.
  • Cashback will only be payable where the customer is verified as a genuine new acquisition to Vodafone. Vodafone reserves the right to withhold, decline, or reclaim cashback where eligibility criteria are not met or where the customer is subsequently identified as an existing Vodafone Consumer or Vodafone Business customer. The decision of Vodafone regarding cashback eligibility shall be final.
