Very disappointed. Finally managed to get my money 5 months after making the purchase. Had to raise a complaint and wait for Top Cashback to chase Virgin. It then took 4 months for them to confirm my purchase was valid. Not sure why I suffered when my friend did the same deal and got her money straight away.

99.8% 350meg get if lucky 50-100meg and compo of £2 beware . 14 days brill service then locked in 12 months .and then they lower there internet . they call it virgin media high utilisation all area are over booked so lucky getting the speeds . i sure ur beware ok 350meg at times but 50-100meg to none as goes of most of the month aiso.
