Very long wait getting cashback
The full process from purchasing from the vendor to getting cashback payout was a very long and slow process, it took a total of 4+ months until I could withdraw the earned cashback. Cashback amount was as expected.

Virgin Holidays not worth the hype.
After spending a lot of money with Virgin just before covid, they declined a measly £40, I think Richard knows now that any REPUTABLE company should keep money for a rainy day, seems like pandemic put this company on the street with begging bowl. Cannot believe they went bust, only to surface again like a bad smell. Will never use Virgin again.
