Used them for the first time.
Whilst they delivered product promptly, cashback did not work.
Flagged this with Topcashback. They declined to give cashback.
Obviously have a tracking issue.
Now a retailer I avoid.

Very Fast cashback. Repeat customer.
Repeat customer for dog food, competitive prices. When looking up an item you need to be aware of the forecasted dispatch date - some items are sent within a couple of days and others in a few weeks! It does show this clearly though! Cashback is the fastest I have ever experienced. Thank you.

Orders have got a lot slower recently!
Have always previously had no problems with my orders from Viovet, although recently they have taken a lot longer to arrive.
Also, their communication is not great as they do let make you aware if they are holding your order because one item is not yet in stock.

Order not delivered
Despite the promise of rapid delivery for my dog food order it never arrived.
Tried to contact via phone on multiple occasions and the closest I got to someone answering was No. 27 in the queue!!
E mailed, to be told a reply would follow in about a week!!
Meanwhile we rapidly ran out of dog food.
Customer service for this company is at best abysmal, low cost products obviously come with low cost service, not recommended.

The cashback amount was great and I understood the time I had to wait for the cashback to change from pending to confirmed, but the wait from confirmed to payable made the wait for the cashback extremely long.
