	One of the best Having used TCB for many years, Viking has consistently been one of the best payers. The payouts are reliable - unless I make the error of taking a free gift which throws the cashback out (or negates it). Apart from those issues, I have never had a problem and use Viking a lot!

	Very Intermittent and inconsistent Often tracks as the wrong percentage and incorrect invoice amount. Currently have several claims some in excess of 10 months old. Currently owed a few hundred pounds in missing cash back.

	Untrustworthy Very sporadic on their cashback approvals, if the value is to high they seem to deny the cashback, or mark the transation as zero? 2 transactions 1 week apart. 1st transaction £217 not payable 2nd transaction £80 1 week later approved. Has happened many times over the past few years now, so I now use someone else more reliable.

	overall very good i've used viking a lot in 2024, and most cashback has paid out. it can take a while but money is paid out. one thing to be aware of is that Viking CAN choose their own cashback amount to pay, <5% instead of the 20% CB that appears from time to time

	mostly good i order from here all the time and i get the cashback all the time BUT...... in the last year or so it has stopped tracking my purchases so i then have to submit a claim or the times it has tracked it is no where near the amount it should have been. i have contacted customer support to find out why it never tracks for me but constantly get told it must be a popup or content blockers on my mac which i dont have any of. all the other sites i order from through this work but for some reason viking has stopped tracking forcing me then to claim it as a missed collection which to me makes the whole process seem longer. its worth using them but they dont make it as easy as it used to be.

	No cash back but lots of spam Bought some office supplies from them. The cash back tracked and became payable @ £0. In the meantime Viking send you 1001 emails trying to sell you new things. Prices are ok but without the cash back a better deal can be sourced elsewhere.

	Refused to honour the cashback Made the purchase, not a great item either in hindsight and they refused to honour the cashback so buyer beware.

	Not impressed To offer cash back and then decline after purchase is not an honest way of trading, in my opinion.

	Terrible tracking, no cashback and no communication first couple of orders worked fine but now since September just tracks orders large orders as 1/200th of the value and you end up with cashback at pennies. no response to customer services enquiries, will be avoiding n future.

	NO CASH BACK I do shopping regularly which is always worth over £100, sometime close £300 - £400 but never given me any cash. however they do offer free items then it should not be on the topcashback list.

	Viking Cashback Viking are always very quick with your cashback, they are a very good company to deal with, and I always buy my stationary through them because of this.

	Cash back declined I have always got cash back with viking - the last claim was declined?? didnt do anything different as far as I am aware.
