	Just had this go to payable. It was sat at confirmed for absolutely ages (5 months approx) and I was worried they wouldn't pay out but it all went through fine eventually. The only real issue is how they don't confirm the cashback for 90 days and TCB refuse to look at any transactions older than 100 days, leaving you an effective window of 10 days to query it. This seems a bit sneaky/cheap. My advice for anyone who wants to go for this merchant is to watch the cashback like a hawk and if it's not been confirmed after 90 days, raise a ticket with TCB straight away.

	You have to wait at least 3 months before they pay out which meant that when they didn't pay out (no idea why as I met all their criteria) top cash back reused to chase the payment as it was over 100 days old. Not impressed.

	If you have renewed your policy recently check you understand what a health check actually means. In addition to vaccinations, annual vet check and worming you also have to treat dogs for flea & ticks otherwise you will not be covered under your policy. I personally do not want to put unnecessary chemicals on my dog. I am very lucky but she has never had fleas.

	I had exactly the same experience as the other pwerson who commented. MEt all the criteria, took out a policy (I actually took out 2!!) And no cashback payable after 3 months.
