Purchased items then received email saying oos.Order cancelled. After taking full amount from paypal, then sent another email saying some items in stock after all. Called them, advisor quite abrupt. Not what you would expect when making an enquiry.Order for remaining items received, but would not use this company again. Need training in customer service.

I signed up to Urban Outfitters for first purchase as new customer but only got cash back at the existing customer rate.

When my cashback first tracked on my account it showed the amount spent was £5 less than I actually did spend, so I opened a claim to request for it to be corrected. Just after I submitted my missing cashback claim the cashback was then declined by the merchant.
The item I originally ordered from them was damaged so I returned the item for an exchange, but the original transaction was not cancelled so I do not understand why my cashback was declined.
Total waste of time.

Tracked very quickly and great cashback rate on a purchase of over £65, then noticed changed to zero, cannot put in a claim as now dont have order details etc as computer got a virus so no hope of chasing this... very confused as to why changed to zero.... wouldnt use again.

Great stock of edgy womens and menswear but their customer service is appalling. I often have to return items because they look different from the way they are photographed on the website. It's not unusual for a returns confirmation email to take 2-3 weeks to arrive, then another 4-5 days for the money to show back on your card. Be aware that returns are at the buyer's cost which is really annoying!

No idea why my cashback was declined by the retailer. Spent about £100 there, but it was not tracked first. Then a record was inserted in my account after I filled a claim. But eventually it was declined by the retailer, at least that's what the record in my account says. About the purchase, Urban Outfitters sent all my purchase in three or four parcels across more than a month.

Didn't get my cashback. Tried to use a voucher I had (which would have voided the cashback - fair enough) but voucher didn't work so I didn't end up using it and still didn't get the cashback.

Terrible cash back experiences. One did not track and another tracked and was then removed. Items weren't returned; there is no logical explanation for this. Awaiting TCB response - shame it's a great site fantastic items but cash back doesn't work.
