Terrible company! Avoid! Bought two car seats one has broken after a while. Refused to refund as said it has been misused!

Cashback declined (I presume due to using the 5% voucher that was prompted on screen when I placed order) and item is on back order despite saying online that it is in stock and should arrive in a few days. I had to call to find out this info as have had no communication from them at all. At this rate I don't know if it is going to arrive in time for the birth of my baby in 4 approx weeks time and it is the car seat for taking baby home. Very disappointed and won't being using Uber Kids again
