Appalling Company !!
Ordered items showing in stock on their website several days later emailed to ask where the items were, no reply but a bogus dispatch email with a bogus tracking number sent out, items never arrived, cancelled order verbally to customer service, no refund given to my card had to stop it with my bank, an absolutely shameful way to treat customers. Use Wiggle or Chain Reaction Cycles for a reliable service.

Avoid!!! Ordered a saddle for £80 1 month ago now and still not received the product. Emailed them 4 times over a month with no reply whatsoever. Rang them and it took 45 mins to speak to someone, they said product wasn’t in stock and I should have seen that there was a lead time. There wasn’t, I would have seen. They said stock would be in on the 6th which I accepted, it is now the 10th and heard absolutely nothing. A quick read of the google reviews of this company shows many others have had the same experience. They’re clearly selling items they do not have. Effectively stolen my money at this point. Extremely dodgy company, stick to Wiggle or the other more reputable companies
