	I bought a multi garden tool for over £200 from this merchant and applied the approved discount voucher that was listed only for Trueshopping to decline the cashback request. Very unhappy - out of all my cashback purchases this is the only bad experience I have had. I will not ever use their website again so when I buy a chainsaw next month I will use one of their competitor sites who also offer cashback. Great product, but very disappointed by the vendor declining cashback with no reason.

	Product good (designer radiators) and delivered on time at a good price BUT cashback did not work. Claim submitted so if the promised cashback is received then would improve my rating but not going to shop with them again until I get paid - a promise is a promise. I always vote with my feet on these things.

	Cashback failed to track until a claim was submitted. TCB did their job superbly and Trueshopping has now coughed up - although at a lower rate than expected - maybe their cashback is on the ex-vat price? Tracking now so lets just wait and hope... Product by the way was pretty naff but that's another story.

	Trueshopping brilliant, we received our purchases really quickly, products were very good value. Telephoned toquery one item and friendly staff sorted immediately also we had a box of lovely free towels with truepoints awarded on purchases.

	I like their products, but they are HOPELESS at getting anything right to you on time. This time I paid an extra £30 to guarantee next day delivery and they messed it up. When I called to ask where it was, they returned my £30 and assured me it would arrive the next day - but they messed up AGAIN! This meant my plumber was sitting around with hardly anything to do - and the shop just said they advise not to have a worker on the job until the suite has arrived!! That, sadly, is not the world we live in!
