A bit disapointed with this company as it doest do what it says... I ordered a Ribble bike through this Website it showed up in my Topcashback account that I had mad this purchase and then a few days later this dissapeared off my records. Explaining this to Topcashback is almost impossible as the WEB site is not the easiest no get to where you want ie very dificult to find out how to contact them in writing to explain. I needed to do this as the drop down boxes dont accommodate every request which is fustrating as I wanted to ask a question.

Still disputing my claim for cashback even though both numbers i recieved have been provided, absolutely rubbish and will definately not be using again, il keep using the more reliable sites.

Tracked once since it came onto the site. I know that cash back claims are not accepted for this retailer, but if Topcashback are going to accept this merchant on their site, then Topcashback need to ensure that click throughs track.
