Same as others have reported. I did everything correctly and they refused to pay saying that tcb was not the last referrer when it definitely was, didnt even know about this company until i clicked through tcb and joining. Never visited the site from any other site so this is just a cop out. Seems to be really easy for retailers to get out of paying, they simply refuse and there's 'nothing tcb can do' and thats the end of it. kind of false advertising because tcb cant do anything when they don't pay. AVOID!

This is an update to my review below, in which I was declined by Lucky 24/7 due to them not being able to confirm TCB was the referred. I emailed Lucky 24/7 directly and explained that I only signed up and made a deposit to get the cashback. They investigated and managed to determine TCB WAS the referrer. So, they revoked the declined status and approved immediately. I was able to withdraw later that day. So after all this, I did get the cashback. I was impressed with the customer service of L24/7 and change my rating to 4 stars.

As the other reviews seem to suggest, avoid this 'deal' at all costs. After waiting a month, I'm told that the cashback has been declined as they can't verify TCB as the last referrer. What an absolute cop-out and terrible excuse. I feel cheated out of my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not under any circumstances use this casino, if you're fortunate enough to have any cash left to withdraw after player a few games on their site they will do everything they can to avoid paying out. They try to make up rules about proving your identity that don't exist (I know as I work in the betting industry). I submitted my documents (copies of passport, debit card, utility bill) I received an email saying my account had been validated and I requested a withdrawal. Several days later my withdrawal had still not been processed so I spoke to a customer service adviser who informed me that my utility bill wasn't valid as it was a PDF that had not been sent through the post! At this point I knew they were just playing for time.
Their customer service people were also very rude and unhelpful, avoid at all costs.

Be careful with this one. I went through on a different site with this one as £20 cashback was offered. I had the bonus removed and then after asking the live help to clarify how much I'd wagered, he said he wasn't allowed to remove the bonus and had now put it back on as per instruction of the marketing department and he said that to qualify to cashback you could not refuse the bonus!!!! I love it when a company thinks they can add conditions after you've completed requirements!!!
