Disappointing
I had to wait 6 months to get the cashback and they claimed I hadn't purchased the insurance that I did. Very frustrating to have to wait so long and then have to make such a big fuss to get it. I've never had this experience with topcashback before and it's really disappointing.

I found the compare insurance experience fairly easy to do. Make sure you have all the relevant details to hand before you get started then it shouldn't take long to fill in your details get your quotes in

Comparing what is best
I could compare products with my own with or without add ons and you'll get a decent cashback for going through Topcashback Compare, it takes a few months to go into your account, but worth the wait.

Never had any problem with TCB compare paying out and as they use Confused for the comparisons they are usually the cheapest any way! Overall a great result for insurance.

Great refund on home insurance
Had an email stating this cash back was available just at the time I needed to look for home insurance. I had to get car insurance at the same time but unfortunately this insurance was not included...perhaps next year???

There was a payment, which went overdue, however it was quickly sorted once I made a customer services log on this website. Some payments seem to take a lot longer than others.

TCB Intervention
The purchase did not track. TCB 'defrosted' my claim and the cashback was paid 2 months after the purchase. Customer being attentive and TCB being on the case produced a welcome substantial money saving outcome. I will certainly be pleased to use the in house TCB Compare service again.

Slow Transaction Process
I chose Top Cashback Compare Home Insurance because I thought it would be a seamless transaction but it did not work automatically. We got there in the end after persistant contacting customer services. The Cash Back is generous if you are prepared to wait and nudge customer services?
