The most reliable of the comparison websites in tracking and paying cashback. Occasionally doesn't track but usually after contacting customer services it is paid promptly.

I purchased my home insurance policy With T C compare but it didn't appear have been recognised for cashback. I contacted the topcash back team who very promptly followed it up and informed me that it was " on ice" but would be monitored. I had no problem receiving the cashback and found the compare sight very easy to navigate. Many thanks

Very easy process, cashback paid within a month. Far better than the previous Home Insurance through another well known comparison site which took 11.5 months and much pressurising from myself and Topcashback. Brilliant support on that occasion by Topcashback, thank you.

All was good using this and pay out was way quicker than expected. Defo recommend always checking this out as can save. Real frustration and concern though is that sometimes your tracking does not show up for a long time as some merchants have long periods od confirming, hoever you then have no idea if your cashback transaction has gone through until then.

Took out a Policy in late Aug. but still waiting for it to show on my acount. I heard that it may be 60 days before a claim is sent to the merchant. Yet Topcashback say not to contact them direct as it is them that pay the cashback. Am I being cynical but do they hope people will give up checking ! Just saying.

I got cashback without having to make a claim, which is an improvement over previous years. Previously I had to make more than five claims when cashback seems to have not been tracked.
