Still no cashback 8 months after submitting claim. Their prices and products are on a par with other most other shaving shops, but they're not the cheapest, so I wouldn't use them again after this experience.

good shop but poor cashback, have been waiting 2 years for £5.37, i would not bother going through top cashback, you wont receive it. just shop as normal on there website.

Ordered on 2 separate occasions. The first time I received my cash back, although it took ages to get. The second time, didn't receive anything. TCB couldn't help.

The shop itself is fine - but don't go expecting any cashback. I've made two purchases, one 4 months ago, another 3 months ago, and neither has tracked. I've raised the issues some time ago with TCB, but there's been no progress there either. Very disappointing.

Ordered twice from Shaving Shack. Really fast delivery, even by using second class Royal Mail delivery. Fast tracking. Not had any problems. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend it to everyone else.

Terrible for cashback. I raised a query as it did not track. Eventually informed by Topcashback that they had given up trying to get an answer from the shaving shack.
To Topcashback's credit, they made a goodwill gesture to me on this occasion.
Shame about Shaving Shack's attitude to claims, as they are otherwise fast and efficient at getting orders fulfilled

Always quick to deliver, even using the slower second class service.
Great products at competitive prices.. Oh, and they have a rewards system giving you extra discount through use of "shave points" which build up over purchasing.. they will throw in 30 extra blades each time you order too!
Highly recommended.
