Shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service from a company I thought was reputable. Ordered item, didn't hear anything back for a couple weeks. Finally when they shipped the order told me they will deliver a certain time. Waited for ages but didn't show. Had to reschedule delivery and they have the audacity to charge me £25 for the pleasure. Cancelled the order in the end, there are many better alternative options online.

Avoid
Very poor quality product and even worse customer service. The pram broke within the first year under light use, and I was shocked to discover it’s made with cheap materials completely unsuitable for an “outdoor” pushchair.
When I raised the issue, the company refused to take responsibility, showed no ownership of the fault, and offered no real help — just excuses. For a product meant for parents to rely on, this level of quality and aftercare is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this brand if you expect durability, honesty, and proper customer support.
