Cashback was declined as they said Topcashback was not the referrer, which is rubbish, as I found the merchant through Topcashback. I think they just use the site to get buisness, and have no intention of paying cashback claims.

Rubbish company.
Cashback tracked but not payable. Been several months now.
Delivery was rubbish too as the driver jumped over my back gate to deliver the greenhouse and left the glass outside our house, even though we made it very clear we did not want it left. The driver had no right to jump over our back gate and trespass into our property. Would NOT use this company again. Very unprofessional.

Don't bother with this retailer if you want cashback. They declined my cashback claim saying that they didn't recognise my order number, even though I had a copy of the order in my hand. Topcashback were very good, chasing up my claim three times but despite giving them every bit of information on my order, it was obvious that they were not going to pay. Topcashback should remove this retailer.

Nothing tracked, put in a claim, waited ages only to be told that another referrer is involed (???).
Greenhouse is OK but nothing special and I wouldn't bother ordering through this site if you are looking for cashback!
