Read some good and bad reviews for this company. Ordered on Saturday, despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Some reviewer's stated that the item they received was not genuine. I've not opened it yet as it is a present but it certainly appears to be the genuine article complete with a Nintendo seal so I am not concerned at all. Cashback not yet tracked - Ticket raised, am sure it's just an oversight.

Terrible seller. Like other complaints here I too ordered a few new sealed games and got mostly unsealed or ones he has sealed himself. What a con artist! Why does he lie on his listings that they are sealed. I hate this seller so much as he stole my money. Why not just list the games as they really are as they are cheap priced anyway? I have reported The Game Collection to trading standards in their town and mine. Hope they shut this thief down.

My sister and I live in the same house and have been using Game Collection for over a year now and have been disappointed many times. Their prices are very good sometimes but there is a reason for this. We are not very regular customers but have maybe purchased around 20 games. We like our games to be new when we buy new but these people once in a while reseal open games and also used games too. Otherwise how do you explain their so called sealed games with fingerprints on the cds? It is very sad that companies find it necessary to lie to earn a extra quid or 2. I have seen other reviews in the past that mention the resealing scam so it is quite normal for them to do this. If you read this Game Collection then please stop conning your customers and be honest as then people will buy more otherwise you will start losing customers as it is becoming common knowledge that you are engaging in dishonest practices :(

Used the game collection once before and no complaints at all,however the second time put me off for life. ordered game on a wed,ordered the same game again on a fri.On both orders i received an email saying they had been dispatched the following day.10 days passed and no games.i tried to contact them via their own 'contact us' on their website which states replies between 15 mins and 24 hrs.3 days past and no reply.I even called and got a automated answer phone. Eventually got hold of them 13 days later and they reckon they got lost in the post.Absolute tosh.I had a friend at work order same game and guess what...........his never turned up.3 diff orders in a week,all same game get lost in post.Sorry!! They take your order,if its in stock you could be fine but if its out of stock you will get an email saying dispatched but it won't be,trust me.Then you have to wait 14 days for your money back as they say the royal mail lost it. Rather spend a bit extra elsewhere to guarantee an item not this lot!!

Customer service decided to remove all my reward points from my account because of the quantity I was buying. Customer service is rude and unhelpful, stay away from thegamecollection.

Sent a foreign copy that won't allow online play in the UK. I suspect that he won't honour the return. What's the point of doing things like this? He should have known THQ won't activate imports, and even now he knows (he must have had 100s of complaints), he's still advertising it on the site. I wonder how long he'll last before his rep destroys his business? Appears to be a dodgy one man business. At least if you go to eBay or a market, there's ways to get your money back or check the product is as described.
