	Took out Motor Insurance yesterday, shown on my account as pending today!! Took out Home Insurance a week ago, still nothing pending and have just sent a nudge! Will keep you informed!

	I bought my car insurance in early Feb and I had almost given up on this one. It didn't track or show anywhere on my TCB a/c for almost four months. I raised a missing cashback claim at the end of Feb and over the next 3 months sent a few nudges to TCB, then out of the blue three weeks ago it showed as "pending". About 10 days later it switched to "payable", and now it's been paid!!!

	Not too happy with this one!! It has taken ages to get a response after having sent about 6 nudges!! However, it has come good in the end but I am awaiting another transaction with Swinton to "come good", have sent nudges and complaints, all to no avail so watch this space. All in all I suppose, provding we get out other payment from them, they are OK to deal with.

	finally after months (since march) I have had my £55 new car policy payable - also had my £40 direct discount chq sent too. So there is hope for people still waiting yet!!! just be patient.

	Have bouht from them before. Happy to do so again. Unlike many insurance companies if you ring them you get to speak to someone in an office in the UK!

	I have recived £55.00 cash back from T.C.B & £40.00 from Swintons promotion. It was payed after 90 days,but worth the wait. Ican recommend T.C.B and Swinton.

	Had to submit a manual claim for the TCB cashback after a few weeks because it didn't track initially, stayed in Pending for the whole 90 days cancellation period but paid out a number of weeks later after another 'nudge'. Also had the Swinton £40 cashback without having to prompt for it. I've had insurance at a very low price this year. Swinton local office staff are excellent. Automatic policy renewal for the following year might not suit everybody.

	£40 cash back from topcashback and £40 cash back from swinton promo, can't be bad if it all goes through ok. fully comp insurance for only £150 from £230.

	this payment was pending for over 3 months but became payable almost immediatly after this time had past so although I was disillusioned at first the outcome was satisfactory

	Was a bit concerned to start with as lots of people seemed to be having problems with their cash back, received cash back £55 lets hope i get their own cash back of £40 and it will be very cheap insurance indeed!!!would definately use them again.

	good insurance but will be a bargain when receive cashback & also cashback cheque from swinton making a total of £80.if received all cashback in the next 6 months then i will be very happy.
