TCB should be doing more about this issue!!! This is the first time I have used the site and am quite disappointed so far. Took out motor insurance 13/01/09 no tracking, no cash back. Have logged a claim and sent a nudge but no luck, still waiting! TCB-please help us all to resolve this!

Avoid Swinton, CONMEN. I bought car insurance on 31 Jan and there is no sign of it being tracked. I have requested a missing claim, but to still no avail. I have still another car insurance to buy and house insurance but I definately will not be visiting Swinton.

I also bought home and motor insurance and there is no sign of it being tracked at all, home insurance was at start of Feb, Car insurance was last week and still nothing for either

I agree think we are being conned,it,s been nearly a week since i purchased my insurance still no sign of it being tracked new buyers be aware.realy do think tcb should do something about this,it's the first time i've used this site and it will probably will be my last if this is not sorted out soon.

It has taken over a month to confirm the £55 cashback, i had to appeal.I can claim the cashback by the end of March.A generous cashback when it has been confirmed.

Same problem here, without the £55 cashback it makes Swinton a little more expensive then other quotes, I am not risking not receiving the cashback so I am cancelling the insurance under the 14 day cooling off period.

This is my first dealing with tcb and i,m a bit confused purchased my insurance through swinton using the promotion code for £40.00 cash back recieved my e-mail form for this, do i also get the £55 as well if so how is this paid.Thanks.

Update - We have spoken to the Affiliate Network concerned and there has been a problem with their reporting of cashback. We have been assured that this will be resolved. Please submit a missing commission claim if you have been affected.

Also, went with Swinton Motor insurance on 13th Jan, but not received any cash back...very disappointing and quite unfair really! Logged a claim, but still nothing so far! Looks like there are plenty of us in the same boat. Hopefully TCB will do something about this one??

Purchased car insurance 06/02/09 still awaiting tracking. Claim logged 17/02/09 - looks like I'm in good company! Like ColBol, I opted for the £40 cashback redemption, which should be in addition to the £55 from TCB. I'm of the same opinion, if my £55 does not appear, I'm going elsewhere next time :-(

I ordered my insurance on the 2nd February, still no trace of cashback. Submitted a missing cashback claim
on the 13th February, still no trace of cashback. Seems to me that Swinton's have decided not to pay cashback to
TCB now they are offering a £40.00 cashback redemption
offer. Unless my £55.00 cashback appears soon, I will not do business with Swinton's again.
