Orders placed by 5pm CET Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day, while if you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, they will be shipped two days later. Orders containing customised items may take longer to arrive, while no deliveries are made at the weekend or on public holidays.

Standard delivery to the UK should take 4-5 days, but you can also choose express delivery, which will see orders which do not contain customised items arrive in 2-3 days. With scheduled delivery, you can choose a date (Monday-Friday) when your parcel will be delivered.

If you wish, you can return items within 28 days of receiving them, as long as they are returned in an unworn, unused and undamaged condition, and with the original Swarovski packaging.

To do so, peel off the label which you will find attached to the returns form and stick it to the parcel, making sure you have enclosed the returns form with your items. The package can then be returned for free via a Post Office as it is a prepaid label, though you should obtain proof of postage.

The refund will then be applied to the payment method used when making the purchase. If the parcel has a combined length, width and height of 90cm or more, weighs more than 2kg or if its size exceeds 60cm in either length, width or height, you should stamp it and send it by standard, uninsured mail and you will be reimbursed for the cost.

Swarovski produce genuine crystals of the highest quality. Their specialised manufacturing processes and their use of the highest quality raw materials guarantee the best possible degree of precision, component quality, consistency and unmatched brilliance. Swarovski crystal is produced at the company’s traditional production plant in Wattens, Austria, where each one is subject to the most stringent quality controls.

The difficulty in pronouncing the name Swarovski probably comes from the fact that in many Eastern European languages, the ‘W’ is pronounced like a ‘V’. However, if you are saying it in English, it is pronounced ‘swor-off-ski’.

Swarovski crystals are man-made gems manufactured at their production plant in Austria. In 1892, Daniel Swarovski invented a machine for making precision-cut, beautiful and high quality lead glass crystals using quartz, sand and minerals, though the exact proportions of these raw materials has remained a company secret.

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material which must be handled with special care. All fashion jewellery is traditionally crafted and each crystal individually set. You should store your jewellery in the original packaging or soft pouch to avoid scratches and polish it regularly to maintain its finish. Jewellery should be removed before washing hands, swimming or applying products, while you should avoid contact with water and hard objects.
