The 3 orders i've made within the last month have never tracked. I put claims in and within days the cashback had shown up in my account as confirmed. The Superfit website is great and the products sold are some of the cheapest i've found on the net so i will continue shopping from here.

Yet another untracked purchase. This time they claim the purchase was "tracked by another agency".
Why don't they be honest and just admit they don't like paying out?

Did not track and after placing a claim was told cashback had been paid elsewhere however when product arrived damaged they immediately sent a replacement.

Have placed several orders with superfit and not one of them has tracked. Have tried to chase one of the orders but superfit are claiming the commission has been paid elsewhere, which is rubbish as I've been using topcashback for a while. I will not use superfit for cashback again which is a shame as apart from this they are a very competative reliable company.
