	Easy to deal with, do what they say Its easy using Top Cashback, navigate to your required retailer, make choice and purchase. Later on notification of cash back in your account.

	Cash Back Declined Cash Back Declined as expected with a very watery excuse which is the same as HP as TopCasbBack was not the referral Agent. TopCashBack refuse to advise who the referral was and how this happens. Possibly fraud happening here with some of these suppliers, might have to get an investigation raised.

	No refund for the returned item! Stealing people's money I want to warn other people about Sports Direct practices.... I have ordered two items which unfortunately I had to return. I got refunded for one item only. After waiting patiently for two weeks I have decided to contact customer service to ask about the second part of my refund (almost £60....) After investigating the case they contacted me again saying that I DIDN'T RETURN the shoes so they cannot refund the money.... Absolutely unacceptable. So now, I have got no shoes and no money... Be aware!!! They're just stealing people's money!!!! Not even interested in resolving the problem!!! After multiple complaints all I got back was "sorry for inconvenience".... Worst company ever!!!

	Can I give a zero stars Don't waste your time. I read the user reviews, sure enough my cashback was denied like everybody else. Disgusting company, topcashback should listen to feedback and remove them as a merchant.

	Consistent decline I wont be pursuing cashback from this retailer again. Multiple occasions it has been declined. Most retailers are fine from my experience except Sports Direct. Avoid

	Crooks, never pay cashbacks The whole group of companies inc. Sports direct, Frasers are dishonest. Don't expect any cashback from them as they always decline. You can see their ratings here as the evidence of many or rather mostly unhappy customers.

	They avoid paying out Based on previous people's reviews I was not optimistic of getting anything after my cashback was initially refused. After putting in a claim for missing cashback I have been paid although it is at a lower rate than it should have been. It looks like I'll be wasting my time challenging it but would avoid in future.

	Cashback denied I got a ski coat which I paid and kept and got cashback denied by the retailer. Made a claim and it was rejected again, no reason given at all. Shouldn't really be trading with TopCashback..it gives them bad reputation.

	Failed to pay out Avoid, bought nearly £300 of items back in October and declined (no reason given) 21st March. First time I can recall any retailer refusing but this is a company owned by Mike Ashley…..

	Never got cashback Do not bother ordering from these, I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times and never got cashback on a single one. They shouldn’t be allowed on this site if they don’t pay cashback. Just a scamming way to get customers! Not happy at all.

	Lost another customer Took 6 months for them not to pay, (was due £6.45, tried to pay 45p. First time put it down to bad luck, this is the second time, there won't be a third

	doesnt give cashback ever This retailers cashback is a scam. Never pays out. had to give 1 star as that is the lowest possible rating you can give, unfortunately a 5 star rating system should also include a zero star, because thats all it would get from a lot of these reviews.
