faulty glasses and bad customer service team
I've used the same prescription to buy various glasses from different companies in the last two years, as my eye sight hasn't changed.
However, I saw a promotion for SpeckyFourEyes and decided to give them a try.
I was disappointed as the glasses I bought made me feel dizzy when I put them on (and for a while afterwards) despite me having other glasses with the exact same description. This suggests that there's a fault in the manufacturing process or they've input the prescription incorrectly.
I returned them and was forced to buy my own return label from Royal Mail.
SpeckyFourEyes Customer Service team treated me like a liar, saying they'd test them and found no faults. Now, my partner is an eye doctor and agreed with me, that there must be something wrong with them.
Eventually after several emails they refunded the glasses, while still holding this snobby attitude that I am wrong.
However, they didn't refund the postage I paid, and I had to chase after that a week later, they asked to pay by PayPal, which I'm a bit suspicious of.
Again, the Customer Service team stated that they were doing me a favour in returning the postage fee. Sorry, but if you send me a defective product, you should pay for the postage.
Don't buy from them if you don't want to risk getting a refund if there's anything wrong with the glasses.
